About this notice
This notice explains the information requested through Cuppa’s website and initial enquiry forms. It covers enquiries about our business services, talent, partnerships, venue and other general questions.
The Cuppa Challenge and matched-conversation service have a separate participation privacy policy. This website notice does not replace that policy.
Information you send us
Our general enquiry form asks for your name, email address, enquiry topic and message. Your phone number is optional. The venue enquiry form also lets you provide a preferred date, approximate number of guests, event type and requirements.
We also receive any organisation, project or other information you choose to include in your message and subsequent correspondence. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or unnecessary private details about other people.
You can browse the website without completing a form. Both forms require a name, email address and message; the general enquiry form also requires an enquiry topic. If we do not have enough information to understand your enquiry or contact you, we may be unable to respond.
Enquiries and Formspree
Cuppa uses enquiry details to respond to your message and discuss the help you are seeking.
Our forms submit your information to Formspree for processing. Formspree states that its services are hosted in the United States, so information submitted through these forms is processed there. Its service may also collect technical information, including IP address, browser details, access times and referring pages. Read Formspree’s privacy policy for more information.
If you prefer, you can email enquiry@cuppa.tv directly instead of using a form.
Cookies and external services
Our current website hosting uses Cloudflare security technology. It may set security cookies, including __cf_bm, to help distinguish automated traffic and protect the website. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; blocking them may affect some functions. Cloudflare explains these cookies here.
The website contains links to external services, including social media, maps and a venue tour. Those services have their own privacy practices, which you should review when you visit them.
Privacy questions and requests
To ask about personal information Cuppa holds about you, request access or correction, ask about retention or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email enquiry@cuppa.tv and mark your message “Privacy”. Include enough context for us to identify the relevant enquiry, but do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate process.
