Moment
Something makes us stop and pay attention.
And a belief that bringing good humans together could change what happens next.

Luke Cook · Cookie · Founder of Cuppa
Our lives. Our projects.
Our perceptions. Our minds.
Cuppa began during the early days of COVID, when so much of life had changed. A coffee walk helped spark an idea: create a place where people could show up, share a conversation and feel connected.
It became a daily virtual show, bringing people and perspectives together. What grew around those conversations mattered just as much: the relationships, the understanding and the possibilities that followed.
Today, human connection leads Cuppa’s next chapter. The Cuppa Challenge invites people to meet beyond their usual circle. We carry the same care into our work with organisations and into Cuppa Co-Lab, our place to come together in Barangaroo.
We want to hear the stories that begin, “Because we met…” And we want more people to have one to tell.

Something matters. Then we get it moving.
Six steps to turn an important moment into lasting change.
Something makes us stop and pay attention.
We understand why it matters.
We imagine what could become possible.
We find a practical way to begin.
We keep showing up and learning.
Other people help carry the change forward.
It starts with kindness, curiosity and a willingness to listen.
Leave with a little more possibility than you arrived with.
Meet a perspective beyond your own.
Find what matters through a real conversation.
Turn a new idea or insight into a next step.
Make room for people to feel safe, heard and supported.

The people you meet can change your life.
Your next idea. A different perspective. A human who helps you see what’s possible. It starts when you step outside your usual circle.
The Cuppa Challenge launches January 2027: an invitation to meet 10 new people over 10 cuppas in 100 days. Australia first, with curiosity and a willingness to listen.
