My Why

I believe great leadership is about more than what's in front of you right now. It's about understanding where we've come from and taking responsibility for where we're heading. Every generation is shaped by the one before it and leaves its mark on the one that follows. That connection across time is something I think about constantly. It's why I work with leaders and institutions to embed long-term, future-generations thinking into the way they lead, because the most effective leaders I've met are the ones who hold both the past and the future.

My Accomplishments

Founded Foundations for Tomorrow and spearheaded the Wellbeing of Future Generations Bill introduced into Australian Federal Parliament in 2025.

Selected as one of 12 global Kofi Annan Changemakers and named a finalist for NSW Young Australian of the Year.

Established the Australian Parliamentary Group for Future Generations and the Intergenerational Fairness Coalition (30+ member organisations and growing).

Designed the Future50 flagship program as the youngest member of the World Economic Forum's Global Foresight Network Advisory Board.

Led a national consultation that gathered 10,000+ responses from young Australians, published as the Awareness to Action report.

Published Future Generations Policy, Governance and Leadership: Ending Policrastination with Springer.

Fun facts

I'm a ceramics enthusiast. I love collecting pieces and getting my hands dirty at the wheel making my own.

At 6 foot tall, I wear heels often. I was never going to look petite, so I lean into it.

I coined the word "policrastination," the habit of deferring long-term impacts in political decision-making, and somehow got it into a book title.
