Meet Renee Giarrusso
Hi, I’m Renée Giarrusso, Founder and CEO of RG Dynamics & #Limitlessleaders.
We’re celebrating 20 years partnering with leaders and teams globally to elevate communication, EQ, leadership, and mindset.
Nothing lights me up more than creating exceptional workplaces where people thrive and realise their limitless potential.
AI can think but not feel, the gift is that it gives leaders time back to connect and lead. I’m passionate about accelerating real skills, not artificial ones. Human-centred leadership sets leaders apart, as knowledge alone is no longer power. We help leaders elevate communication and EQ, coach and empower others, and create future leaders focused on what matters most.
As an award-winning author of Limitless Leadership and Gift Mindset, I’m driven by unlocking potential and creating meaningful impact. As a breast cancer survivor, I’ve gained deeper resilience and purpose, sharing my learnings on working through adversity.
My team and I have delivered 4,000+ programs, 3,500 executive coaching sessions, and 127 keynotes across 24 industries, working with leaders from emerging talent to senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Our approach blends bespoke practical frameworks with mindset transformation to drive lasting behavioural change that builds emotionally intelligent, adaptable leaders who communicate clearly and create high-performing cultures.
My style is “learn and do,” with high-energy, interactive sessions full of stories and strategies that stick.
All programs and keynotes are bespoke, tailored to client objectives and outcomes. Creating original IP, frameworks, and strategies is what sets us apart, built with you and for you.
At the core of my work is a belief in limitless potential and that we must learn, unlearn, relearn, and evolve to stay future-ready. With the right tools and confidence, individuals and organisations can lead with impact and contribute meaningfully in a rapidly evolving world.
My Why
I started RG Dynamics and Limitless Leaders in 2006 after 13 successful years in a global FMCG corporate career. I made the leap because I wanted to do more than just lead; I wanted to share my experience and insights across a diverse range of industries, 24 and counting, and accelerate the growth of leaders and teams in meaningful ways. As a lifelong learner, I have never stopped reading, studying, and exploring new ideas. This curiosity drives me to create original intellectual property for my programs, workshops, books and keynotes and ensure these are practical, actionable, and transformational. My goal has always been to equip leaders with the tools, mindset, and confidence to unlock their potential, lead with clarity, and create cultures where people thrive. Over the years, I have seen how the right guidance at the right time can shift mindsets, strengthen emotional intelligence, and drive lasting results, and that is exactly what I set out to deliver. Whether working with executives, teams, or emerging leaders, my purpose remains clear: to inspire, challenge, and empower others to lead limitlessly, embrace opportunity, and turn challenges into gifts.

Limitless Leaders Podcast-celebrating 20 Years In Business ↗
In this solo episode, I take a moment to pause and reflect on the journey. From leaving what I often describe as the “safe cocoon” of corporate life, to stepping into the unknown, and building RG Dynamics from the ground up. It was not a decision I made lightly, and like many of you, I did not have everything mapped out. What I did have was a strong sense that there was something more I was being called to do.
Over the years, there have been many highs, along with challenges, uncertainty, and moments where I have had to dig deep and reconnect with why I started in the first place. What has kept me going is not just the work itself, but the impact. Supporting leaders, working with teams, and helping create workplaces where people can truly thrive, communicate effectively, and lead with intention.
What I know for sure is this. It has never just been about building a business. It has always been about purpose. And while so much has evolved over the past two decades, that purpose has remained constant..
✨Key Takeaways: ✅ Your vision becomes your anchor. When you run your own business, there is no one else setting the direction. Your vision guides your decisions, especially during the uncertain moments. ✅ Purpose must stay at the centre. The way you deliver your work will evolve, but your why should remain clear. Purpose is what keeps you grounded through change. ✅ Growth requires adaptability. Over 20 years, I have seen industries shift, leadership evolve, and expectations change. Staying open and willing to adapt is essential. ✅ Leadership starts with self-leadership. You cannot effectively lead others if you are not willing to lead yourself first. Awareness, discipline, and resilience matter. ✅ Relationships are everything. At the heart of every successful business and every great leader is the ability to connect, communicate, and build trust.
Limitless Leaders Podcast-Success Curiosity ↗
Join me in this Limitless Leaders Podcast episode featuring a conversation with Andy Reid, a renowned auctioneer, high-performance coach, author, and speaker. As the Director of Apollo Auctions Victoria, he manages a full-service auctioneering company serving more than 130 real estate agencies in Victoria.
Andy's purpose is to make success more accessible by making knowledge and information more relatable and real. His first book ‘Success Curious' is written in a way that takes success off the pedestal and into reality for those that feel like success isn't for them.
✨Key Takeaways: For Andy, success isn't for the few. It appears to be constantly seen as something that the few possess because of how ‘hard' it is to achieve success. But for him, if we have enough good reasons, then success isn't difficult at all for anyone.
✅ In order to be taken seriously, you need to take yourself seriously. ✅ Own who you are, and be content with who you are not. ✅ Believing in your own credibility can be a reoccurring challenge. Your concern can be of your own making. ✅ Listening to too many opinions when you're on the rise can be detrimental. ✅ Instead of constantly chasing the next big idea, recognize your unique role. Translate big ideas into something the world can understand and embrace. ✅ Challenges, especially in mental health, can be a catalyst for self-reflection, growth, and a deeper understanding of life. ✅ Following your gut and saying yes to the right opportunities can shape your journey and personal growth. ✅ Taking full accountability for your actions is empowering and brings a sense of freedom.
Limitless Leaders Podacst-Think Human, Lead Smarter, Partner with AI ↗
Leadership is not about having all the answers. It is about learning, teaching, and thinking well together. In this episode of the Limitless Leaders Podcast, I sat down with Bethan Winn, speaker, facilitator, and author of The Human Edge, to explore what leadership really requires in a world shaped by speed, AI, and constant noise.
Bethan, founder of Human Skills Co, challenges that assumption and invites a deeper conversation about what critical thinking really means in practice.
This conversation is a timely reminder that while technology continues to evolve, it is our human thinking, judgment, presence, and ability to reflect that create clarity, connection, and meaningful impact. The leaders who thrive are not those who outsource their thinking, but those who strengthen it.
✨Key Takeaways: ✅ The real leadership risk is not artificial intelligence, but outsourced thinking. When leaders hand over judgment, reflection, and decision-making to speed or technology, clarity and accountability erode. Strong leadership requires confidence in one’s own thinking. ✅ The human edge is now a critical leadership advantage. Skills such as critical thinking, presence, curiosity, courage, and humility are no longer optional. They are what enable leaders to navigate complexity, uncertainty, and change with clarity and confidence. ✅ Great thinking depends on the conditions leaders create. Physical space, mental space, and unhurried space are essential for quality thinking. Exhaustion, distraction, and constant urgency undermine decision-making and culture. ✅ AI works best as a thinking partner, not a replacement for human responsibility. Used intentionally, AI can challenge assumptions, support reflection, and expand perspective. Leadership still requires ethical judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to respond in the moment. ✅ Thinking only matters if it leads to action. Reflection without action creates stagnation, while action without thinking creates chaos. Limitless leaders balance both, turning insight into progress for themselves, their teams, and their organisations.
Limitless Leaders Podcast-From Burnout to Brilliance, It Starts with you! ↗
Over the last 12 months, I’ve been navigating one of the biggest personal challenge of my life—cancer treatment. While it’s tested me physically and emotionally, it’s also reinforced the importance of purpose, energy, and connection. I’ve continued working throughout, not because I had to, but because I deeply believe in what I do and the impact it has. That experience inspired this solo episode of the Limitless Leaders Podcast, where I explore how we can move from burnout to brilliance—especially in a fast-changing, high-pressure world.
Burnout is more than just feeling tired. It’s a depletion of energy—physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. And it’s more common than ever. In this episode, I unpack five practical strategies that I’ve used (and shared with clients) to restore energy, build self-awareness, and lead with greater intention.
Whether you’re leading a team, running your own business, or simply trying to keep up with life, these insights will help you reconnect to what matters and recharge in a sustainable way.
✨Key Takeaways:
Here are the 5 key strategies I shared:
1. Normalise Mental Health Conversations As leaders, it’s up to us to notice when someone isn’t quite themselves. High emotional intelligence means checking in with curiosity—asking “What do you need?” instead of “Are you okay?” These moments of genuine connection create trust and psychological safety.
2. Practice Sustainable Habits It took me 19 years in business to realise—we never finish everything in one day. I’ve learned to design boundaries, build in recovery time, and encourage deep work. It’s not about doing more, but doing what matters with energy and clarity.
3. Adopt a Gift Mindset Challenges come with lessons—if we’re willing to see them. I live by this philosophy and encourage teams to do the same. Sharing the gifts from our challenges not only helps us grow, but also creates a survival guide for others.
4. Reconnect with Your Energy Score Rate your energy—physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and socially—from 1 to 5. Where are you at? When was it last a 5? What were you doing then, and how can you bring more of that back? Self-awareness is the foundation of sustainable success.
5. Redefine What Support and Success Look Like Saying no is sometimes the most supportive thing we can do for ourselves. I now limit my weeknight events to two, so I can show up where I’m needed with full presence. This boundary protects my energy and helps me lead with clarity and purpose.
Limitless Leaders Podcast-The Power of Care ↗
As leaders, we often pour so much into others, our teams, our organisations, our missions, that we forget to pause and check in with ourselves. In this episode of the Limitless Leaders Podcast, I sat down with Dr. Siew Fang Law, CEO and Co-Founder of Bento Box of Care, to explore what it truly means to lead with balance, care and deep connection.
Dr. Siew Fang Law is an educator, mediator and leadership coach with over 20 years of experience across higher education, nonprofit and international development sectors. Her expertise spans social psychology, peace psychology, conflict resolution, DEI and root-cause therapy.
✨Key Takeaways: This conversation was a timely reminder that leadership is not just about doing more. It is about showing up with presence, purpose and a genuine connection to who we are and what really matters.
✅ Balance is created, not found. True balance is built through intentional choices that sustain care for self and others. ✅ Self-care fuels your best self. Leadership thrives when we give from a full cup, not from what's left over. ✅ Resilience means bending, not breaking. Challenges like burnout and bias can build inner strength when met with reflection and care. ✅ C.A.R.E. is a daily anchor. Consciousness, Action, Reciprocity, and Equilibrium guide aligned and compassionate leadership. ✅ Care spans four dimensions. Lead with intention through self-care, relational care, a culture of care, and soul care. ✅ Balance isn’t selfish, it’s essential. You can’t be present for others if you’re not present for yourself. ✅ Boundaries matter. Rest, reflection, and saying no are part of sustainable success.
Breast Density & Early Detection ↗
As leaders, we often take responsibility for others long before we prioritise ourselves. We show up, push through, and trust that doing the right things will be enough. But when it comes to our health, especially women’s health, awareness and self leadership can be life saving. In this episode of The Limitless Leaders Podcast, I sit down with Professor Wendy Ingman for a conversation that invites us to lead ourselves first. Tune in as this interview could save a life.
Following my own breast cancer diagnosis in 2024, this discussion explores breast density, early detection, and why informed awareness, asking questions, and advocating for yourself are some of the most important leadership decisions you will ever make. Prof. Wendy is a leading breast health researcher at the University of Adelaide and the founder of Informd, a not-for-profit dedicated to educating women and communities about breast density and breast cancer screening.
✨Key Takeaways: ✅ Breast density matters more than many women realise. Prof. Wendy explains what breast density is, how common it is, and why it can make breast cancer harder to detect on a standard mammogram. ✅ You cannot feel breast density. It is identified through imaging, which is why asking about your breast density after a mammogram is an important act of self leadership. ✅ Self advocacy saves lives. We discuss why trusting your intuition, asking questions, and seeking further investigation when something does not feel right is critical, even when results appear clear. ✅ Breast awareness over rigid checking. Knowing what is normal for you, including changes in your breasts and under your arms, supports earlier action without creating unnecessary fear. ✅ Screening is a leadership decision. Australia’s breast screening program is a powerful, free resource, and showing up for regular screening is one of the most practical ways women can lead themselves well.
Limitless Leaders Podcast-Fostering an Attitude of Gratitude ↗
ou know, I think, now is the time to amplify practices in the workplace to really elevate gratitude, create forums, bring it into conversations. You don't have to call it gratitude. You know, I last year, during one of the lockdowns, we were running the gratitude Cafe, and it was just a Zoom Room drop in. And we were talking about things we're grateful for in ourselves, our family, our teams, our friends in the world. And the conversation was electrifying, the stuff that came out of that.
I really believe the conduit to strong and connected relationships, and a collaborative culture that people want to be part of stems down to, you know, a lot of different things. But I think gratitude can get small wins. It can help, you know, build morale and motivation, especially at times like now.

✅ Don't be afraid to give something a go. ✅ If you don't ask you don't get. ✅ Discover and focus on your strengths and use these to mitigate your weaknesses. ✅ We are 3 times more likely to live a happier life if we use our strengths. ✅ You need to be able to identify your strengths and understand the role that they play. ✅ Believe in yourself, and celebrate what makes you, you. ✅ Don’t let other people discourage you in your path towards success. ✅ Don’t measure your success in comparison to others.
Limitless Leaders Podcast-Introducing our new team game! ↗
In this episode of Limitless Leaders Podcast, Renée Giarrusso speaks with her good friend and work colleague Shelley Flett – Leadership Trainer and Coach who works with individuals and teams to maximise efficiency and build high-performance cultures in all size organisations.
Shelley has operated her business successfully since 2015 after leaving a corporate career in customer service and operations. Shelley is a mum of three gorgeous children, and she loves to incorporate fun both at work and at play.
Listen as Renée and Shelley speak about the importance of communication and an exciting co-creation of a communication team game called 2 Sides in 2 Minutes, including why they conceptualised the game, along with tips you can apply in your life and leadership.
The Importance of COMMUNICATION: “Communication Is the response you get. If you’re not getting the response you need – you need to shape and shift the message until you do.”
✅ We need to expand the way we focus on communication: 60% listening and 40% talking. ✅Communication is not just about what you’re saying, how you’re saying it, and ensuring it is easily digestible; we also need to ensure we are present and listening to what is being said. ✅ Technology and virtual communication have caused distraction and disruption – we need to relearn the art of in-person communication.
2 Sides in 2 Minutes Game for Connected Teams and Organisations: 2 Sides in 2 Minutes was created to help teams connect, grow, boost communication skills and understand each other at a deeper level.
✅ Opens up the space to respect diversity of thoughts and opinions of others. ✅ Gives people the uninterrupted space to say what’s going on in their heads. ✅ Helps teams reconnect through cut-through communication. ✅ Each person pulls out a card and is prompted to speak what is on their mind for two minutes – sharing both pros and cons about that topic.
Why they created the Game: ✅ Recognition of the key challenges that leaders and team have in common, which the game helps develop. ✅ The need to go deeper than just surface-level communication where people are consistently in agreement with each other. ✅ Paves the way for disruptive conversations where healthy debates can be had. “Debate with intent trumps harmony for comforts sake,” as Renée says. ✅ A forum to appreciate and leverage the diversity of thoughts and ideas. ✅ The game identifies Twelve Key Communication Dimensions Renée and Shelley see every day that, if they were tweaked, could make a huge impact. Feedback about 2 Sides in 2 Minutes Game: “It was fun, and it helps you appreciate the perspectives of other people in your team.”
