My Why
I do this work because family enterprises are more than businesses or balance sheets. They hold identity, history and responsibility in a way that shapes people for life. I grew up in this world and have spent my entire career inside it, and I know how much clarity, connection and confidence can change the way a family or a leader experiences their role.
I share what I know because I want women and rising gen to feel seen, capable and prepared rather than overwhelmed or unsure. I want families to have the conversations they avoid, make decisions with intention and feel proud of how they carry their story forward.
What drives me is helping people realise they already have what they need. Sometimes they just need someone who understands their world to help them see it. My goal is always the same. To make things feel clearer, lighter and more human so people can lead with purpose and feel good about the path they are choosing.
Fun facts
I am a long time follower of Formula One and MotoGP and don't mind testing out my own driving skills (safely on a race track in controlled environment!), and I settle my adrenaline later by building F1 LEGO cars and Harry Potter scenes.
How I can help
I help women and rising gen understand their strengths, find their voice and lead with grounded confidence in complex family enterprise environments.
I support business families to have real conversations, reduce confusion and navigate decisions with more intention and less emotion.
Whether shifting from operating business to family office, preparing the next generation or redefining roles, I help people move forward with clarity and purpose.
I help individuals and teams make sense of identity, responsibility and purpose in multi generational wealth systems so they feel less overwhelmed and more empowered.
I work with next gen leaders to build capability, self awareness and practical skills so they step into leadership feeling prepared, supported and confident.
