I am an international keynote speaker, bestselling author, and award-winning entrepreneur with over 17 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate leadership, and entrepreneurship. After experiencing burnout over a decade ago, I moved from France to Australia, where I transformed my approach to success, one that prioritises intuition, innovation, and well-being.
As the co-founder and CEO of Understanding Zoe, an AI platform supporting parents, teachers, and carers of neurodivergent children, I am also deeply committed to advancing neurodiversity in business and leadership. I challenge conventional thinking and empower leaders and entrepreneurs to trust their intuition, embrace diverse perspectives, and thrive without burnout.

My Why
I believe that intuition, innovation, and neurodiversity are the keys to thriving in business and leadership, yet they are often overlooked in traditional spaces. After experiencing burnout over a decade ago, I realised that success isn’t about working harder, but about working smarter, in alignment with who we truly are.
My mission is to challenge outdated business norms and help leaders and entrepreneurs trust their intuition, embrace diverse ways of thinking, and create meaningful change. Through my work as a speaker, mentor, and author, I empower people to redefine success, build inclusive spaces, and lead with authenticity and purpose.

🇫🇷 I’m unapologetically French, meaning I have a strong accent. I’m fluent in sarcasm and obsessed with croissants and strong coffee! 🎶 I play the harmonium and love chanting mantras—music and mindfulness fuel my creativity. 🔮 I created an oracle card deck to help leaders and entrepreneurs tune into their intuition and make aligned decisions. 🤖 I’ve worked in AI since 2014 and love using AI for good—especially with Understanding Zoe, supporting neurodivergent children and their families. 🌊 I love the ocean and believe the best ideas come while swimming or walking by the beach!
