Meet Katriina Tahka
I am a catalyst for transformation unlocking human potential and making the invisible visible. My career began in employment law, litigating harassment and bullying cases. Today, I use that experience to transform workplaces from systems of control into ecosystems of growth, belonging, and high performance.
With 30+ years across law, corporate leadership, and culture transformation, I’m now the CEO of A Human Agency (A-HA!) and Founder of Cultivate Sponsorship, where I’ve pioneered Australia’s leading sponsorship frameworks for women, Indigenous employees and emerging leaders.
I bring an ability to decode human potential to uncover the talent, energy, and possibility that sits just beneath the surface. Audiences connect with that, because it helps them see themselves and their teams in a completely new way.
My talks blend lived experience, practical tools, and human understanding. Individuals walk away with tangible steps they can take for themselves, their teams, and their organisations, to create spaces where people feel seen, valued, and connected.
Coming from the happiest country in the world, I believe everyone deserves to feel valued and happy at work. Ask me how and I’ll show you what becomes possible when people are seen, heard, and set free to grow.
My Why
My why is simple: I believe human potential is the most powerful and most undervalued force in any organisation.
I do this work because I know what it feels like to be invisible. To feel like you don’t belong in the rooms where decisions are made. And I also know the life-changing impact of someone who truly sees you.
Belonging is not a soft concept, it’s a performance strategy. And potential is not hidden talent, it is human energy waiting for the conditions to thrive.
My purpose is to unlock that energy. To make the invisible visible. To build ecosystems where people feel safe, valued, and free to grow.
I share my knowledge because I want workplaces to be the greatest launchpads for human potential, places where people find their flow, feel joy in their work, and believe deeply that they matter.
My legacy, I hope, will not be measured by what I’ve achieved… but by how many people I’ve helped believe they belong.

How I can help
Unlocking Hidden Human Potential - Helping people recognise their strengths, values, and unique brilliance and uncover the potential they may not yet see in themselves or reveal to others.
Creating Cultures of Belonging & Psychological Safety - Guiding organisations and communities to build environments where all people feel safe, valued, and able to contribute. 'Fitting in' does not equal inclusion.
Building Effective Sponsorship & Allyship - Equipping senior leaders with the tools to advocate for underrepresented talent and giving individuals the confidence to seek sponsorship and build strategic networks.
Turning Invisible Barriers into Breakthroughs - Helping people and organisations identify hidden blockers, self-doubt, bias, invisibility, silos, and transform them into opportunities for growth and action.
Breaking the Invisibility Cycle for Women & Culturally Diverse Talent - Empowering women and culturally diverse employees to be seen, heard, and recognised and teaching organisations how to remove the systemic barriers that keep them invisible.
