Darren helps organisations to lift productivity and create the conditions for sustainable growth, through better ways of working and practical AI skills.
Darren brings 25+ years’ experience across Westpac and Macquarie Group, leading strategy-to-execution, operating model and transformation initiatives.
He is also a Board Director with Heart On My Sleeve and is passionate about creating a healthier workplace culture.

- Over 25 years Enterprise experience (13 years Westpac, 9 years Macquarie) - Completed a global study of leading agile organisations - Completed a 6-month research project on Unlocking Australia's Productivity & Workforce Potential - Board member at Heart on My Sleeve and advocate for better mental health
Fun facts
- Outside of corporate life, I drive a ute and can be found camping or landscaping - I don't drink - instead I have an unhealthy relationship with ice-cream 🙂 - I wear contact lenses but I have 20/20 vision of a better future of work
