Meet Aisling Smith
I’m Ash (Aisling Smith) Irish‑Australian, late‑diagnosed AuDHD, ex‑corporate professional (20+ years), and now the CEO of NeuroEmpowerment Solutions. I’m also a proud mum to my gorgeous little boy Daniel (AuDHD), which means neurodiversity isn’t just my work... it’s personal.
I’m the Neurodiversity Trainer of the Year (2024 & 2025) and Global Neurodiversity Coach of the Year (2025), a 40 Under 40 honouree, Silver Stevie Award winner, and international professional speaker. What I’m known for is making neuroinclusion actually usable, blending lived experience with heart-led, neuroscience‑informed tools that leaders and neurodivergent employees can apply immediately.
Audiences love my sessions because they’re real, practical, and zero fluff. I teach what people are afraid to ask, make the complex simple, and send people back to work with changes they can implement on Monday.
My Why
My son Daniel is my why. In 10 years, when he starts work, I want the workplace he walks into, to be built to support him, not suppress him... like mine did. I spent 20+ years in corporate being misunderstood, underutilised, and constantly trying to decode unspoken rules. I was fired five times, masked without knowing it, and learned the hard way what happens when brilliant neurodivergent people are forced to “fit” instead of being supported to thrive.
Now I do this work so neurodivergent people don’t have to earn their place through exhaustion. Less masking. More belonging. Better outcomes.
My Accomplishments
*CEO, NeuroEmpowerment Solutions (workplace neuroinclusion training + coaching) *Global Neurodiversity Coach of the Year *Neurodiversity Trainer of the Year *International Keynote speaker on neuroinclusion, neuroleadership, and neurodivergent performance *Coach to neurodivergent professionals navigating career growth, burnout recovery, and self‑advocacy
How I can help
Helping neurodivergent professionals understand their brain, own their brilliance, and perform sustainably (without burnout).
Upskilling leaders to create neuroinclusive teams through clarity, communication norms, meeting culture, feedback, and psychological safety.
Helping organisations move from “awareness” to real-world inclusion that improves retention, performance, and wellbeing.
